The Facility is scheduled to open in late 2023.

Pre-development work is already under way, but the formal ground breaking is expected to commence during the summer of 2022 after construction supplies have been delivered to the site. 

The building exterior and frame will be made of steel. The interior walls in the sports spaces will be made of concrete and the interior walls in the meeting rooms an conference spaces will be made of drywall. 

No. There are no columns nor impediments in the sports activities areas that could potentially interrupt the normal field of play. 

Yes.  There will be separate Male and Female bathrooms, each of which will contain sufficient stalls and urinals to accommodate events and crowds with attendees totaling up to 500 people. 

Yes, there will be onsite parking. 

Yes, there will be a full kitchen onsite. The kitchen will be equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, a deep freezer, and a dish washer. 

Yes. In addition to the basketball courts, and flexible sports field, there will be a conference room, fellowship hall, and meeting rooms available for rent.  Starting June 1, 2022, all of these spaces will also be available for prospective tenants to reserve via pre-lease. 

Yes, there will be a handful of meeting rooms that will be available for pre-lease starting June 2022.  When the facility opens, dates and times not leased to tenants will be available for booking on a first-come basis. 

Yes. Storage will be available to tenant’s at the community center on a first-come basis. The Storage will will be approximately 200 SF with high ceilings.

The storage space is communal but private. It can only be accessed by tenants renting space at the Facility. 

Yes. The Facility will be equipped with movable bleachers. Tenants are always welcomed to bring in chairs or other forms of seating to accommodate their expected audience. 

Yes. The center will be furnished with movable benches that can used and removed depending on necessity.
